Lauren St Clair
Lauren joined SkillsPlus and BRACE 2015 as a Quality and Compliance Manager and was appointed RTO Manager in 2016. She is the most senior Victorian contact for operational matters. Lauren first commenced her career in training as an instructional designer. She worked as a Leadership & Management trainer for ANZ before taking on the role as the Learning & Development Manager for Publicis Loyalty (Qantas Club and Frequent Flyer Service Centre). She has over 15 years’ experience managing vocational education, people and processes across a range of corporate and peak industry bodies: Banking and Finance, Airline, Call Centre, Education bodies and Fire Protection. Lauren’s field of expertise is in decision making and leadership within the regulations and funding constraints of an RTO.
Mandy joined SkillsPlus and BRACE in August 2013 as the Business Development Manager. She is also a Divisional Leader within Endeavour Foundation. Mandy has extensive experience in Employment and Training Services, and was with YES Job Network for 9 years as Business Development Manager. Mandy also ran a consultancy business for 6 years which delivered various outcome focused employment programs to jobactive/DES providers, receiving accolades from DEEWR audits on initiatives and performance. She was also a Founding Board Member of SEMMA. Mandy's formal qualifications are B.A. Monash Uni (Sociology and Serb-Croat Languages), MBTI Accredited Level I and II (Aust. Psych. Press), TAE Certificate IV, AQTF compliance, EEO and OH&S trained.
