A pathway to employment or further studies

BRACE offers a range of foundation training courses at Frankston, Peninsula and various sites. These are Certificate I and II accredited courses. Courses offer:

  • learning tailored to students individual needs
  • small class numbers for supported learning
  • flexible learning schedules
  • work placement and work experience opportunities.

Who we are ?

BRACE Education & Training is a non-profit community organisation established in 1973. As an adult community education provider, we are committed to empowering people through employment, training and education. We support individuals from various backgrounds abilities, including disengaged youth, migrants, long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, and those facing financial, learning or social barriers. BRACE offer individualised, student-focused services, and all of our students are treated with respect, dignity and equality.

Foundation courses

BRACE offers a range of foundation training courses (Certificate I and II level qualifications) at our sites in Frankston and Hastings. 

These courses offer the students a pathway to further studies, employment or volunteering.  

Supportive trainers

A large group of our student cohort face disadvantage and barriers, including intellectual, physical and learning disabilities, as well as social and learning barriers. Our trainers are committed to support each student to reach their learning goals and successfully complete their education.
