This course is a compulsory requirement for anybody working in an environment where alcohol is sold and is accredited by the Victorian Commission for gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR). RSA is part of an industry initiative to improve the image of the industry by taking a more responsible attitude to the serving of liquor.
