
Our Commitment to Quality Education
As two nationally recognised training organisations we deliver training in accordance with our scope of registration and the requirements of the accredited course or endorsed national training package and consistent with purchasing guides, directions and/or policies.
We comply with the Australian Quality Training Framework and ensures that all persons employed demonstrates the highest ethical standards in its dealings and its conduct, and will at all times provide proper, timely and efficient training services whilst using standard care, skill, diligence, prudence and foresight.
We have entered into an agreement with Skills Victoria to deliver government subsidised training to eligible individuals under the Skills First Program. Training delivery will be to individuals who have a physical presence in Victoria and all training delivery will be conducted within Victoria.

SkillsPlus most recent SkillsPlus Quality Indicator Report is based on a survey of 128 students in the 2016 calendar year. The students and employers surveyed for these indicators were selected by SkillsPlus in accordance with national guidelines.
SkillsPlus uses survey data for continuous improvement in relation to influencing updates to learner resources and assessment tools, improving infrastructure for classroom based training and providing feedback to trainers regarding learner engagement and employer satisfaction. We are committed to improving overall client satisfaction levels and have seen a year-on-year increase in overall satisfaction levels since recording against the quality indicators commenced.
In addition, SkillsPlus has a commitment to diversity, choice, innovation and access to education and training of the highest quality.

- Instruction is relevant to real-world situations
- A strong student-trainer relationship
This data, combined with our analysis of our own internal surveys, are used for continuous improvement of SkillsPlus courses. Improvement will particularly be analysed in the contexts of students' engagement and participation in classes.
Feedback from employers is used to obtain information on the quality of education and training. Employers' views provide a perspective on the quality of training and graduate outcomes that compliment the learners and SkillsPlus .
SkillsPlus builds and manages relationships with employers with regards to quality training and assessment across all of our operations, the development of training and delivery strategies and ensuring the principles of access and equity.

Learner Engagement and Employer Satisfaction Surveys:
These indicators are based on a survey of 170 students and 3 employers for VTG funded training delivery in the 2016 calendar year. The students and employers surveyed for these indicators were selected by this organisation in accordance with national guidelines.
