Gain the skills and knowledge required to provide a range of services and interventions to clients with alcohol and other drugs issues and/or implement health promotion and community interventions. Work may take place in community based organisations, residential rehabilitation services, withdrawal services and outreach services under the guidance of other practitioners and professionals.


This course includes an integrated practical placement component of a minimum of 80 hours. We organise the practical placement for students who enrol in this courseIt is required that our students undergo a National Police Check prior to commencing the practical placement.
